 Pool Monitors manage gate access by verifying that entry to the amenity area is granted only through association-issued access devices, while restricting access to ineligible individuals. All guests are required to sign in and acknowledge their agreement to comply with established pool rules. 

 Pool Monitors routinely inspect restroom facilities to ensure they remain clean, tidy, and properly stocked with supplies provided by the association.

 Pool Monitors maintain the cleanliness of the pool deck by removing debris and ensuring the area remains presentable. Additionally, they place trash and recycling bins curbside each week for scheduled pickup.

 Pool Monitors are not licensed security personnel and are responsible solely for reminding guests of the pool rules. In the event of any situation beyond their authority, local law enforcement will be contacted to address the matter appropriately.
